Hi, I'm Massimiliano 👋
I love finding opportunities in frustrating and complex experiences. I'm a huge fan of Japanese culture, and when I've got free time, I enjoy staying active through sports or kicking back watching sci-fi flicks.
My career began in 2013 when I started building handcrafted longboards with a group of friends. This incredible experience allowed me to approach the world of business and design for the first time.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Product Designer at Jet HR, where the challenge is to maintain, scale, and grow the product.
I had the opportunity to work on digital interactive experiences for some of the smartest companies in Italy: Fatture in Cloud, Subito.it, Scalapay, to name a few.
My focus is on product and visual design, Design Systems and UI animations. Still, during my experiences, I learned to manage teams, projects and communicate my design choices based on my hard skills, strategic vision, listening and empathy.
